Intrinsic magnetic topological materials

چکیده

Topological states of matter possess bulk electronic structures categorized by topological invariants and edge/surface due to the bulk-boundary correspondence. materials hold great potential in development dissipationless spintronics, information storage quantum computation, particularly if combined with magnetic order intrinsically or extrinsically. Here, we review recent progress exploration intrinsic materials, including but not limited insulators, metals, Weyl semimetals. We pay special attention their characteristic band features such as gap surface state, gapped Dirac cone induced magnetization (either surface), nodal point/line Fermi arc, well exotic transport responses resulting from features. conclude a brief envision for experimental explorations new physics effects incorporating other orders materials.
